Disclosure first: I'm Chris McDonald, the owner, and this is my recipe. This is the roasting bottle. Rosemary and garlic already in the oil means one bottle instead of three containers and a cutting board, and the herb balance stays consistent instead of drifting from batch to batch. We developed these oils for our restaurants over the years and we cook with them daily - this one goes on roasted vegetables and grilled meat.
