Full disclosure: I'm Chris McDonald, I own Glory Bound Gyro Co. and this is my oil, so weigh my opinion accordingly. What I can tell you is that this wasn't made for a shelf. We developed these oils for our restaurants over the years and we cook with them daily, going into dishes we hand to paying customers. One ingredient, cold pressed, no refined filler oil hiding behind the label. The flip-top spout exists because I got tired of wide-mouth bottles splashing on a busy line. If you buy one bottle, buy this one - it's the base everything else starts from.
