Our Locations

Glory Bound Gyro Co. has been serving Southern gyros since December 2009, when the first restaurant opened on Highway 49 in Hattiesburg and sold more than 68,000 gyros in its first year. Tuscaloosa followed in August 2015, and Ocean Springs opened on Government Street in June 2018. All three kitchens run the same recipes, make hummus from scratch every week, and cook with the same California olive oil we now bottle and sell.

We fry in grass-fed beef tallow, cook with avocado oil, and finish with olive oil. No seed oils. Every location serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, offers to-go ordering through DoorDash, and caters events of every size. Find the restaurant nearest you below.

On Government Street in downtown Ocean Springs, walking distance from the shops and galleries. A Gulf Coast room with the same Greek menu, the same weekly hummus, and a kitchen that has been part of downtown since 2018.

Catering from all three kitchens. Offices across the Gulf Coast have ordered Glory Bound catering more than 2,300 times, at an average of 4.9 stars across 600-plus reviews on ezCater, where we have been listed since 2013. Gyro bars, party trays, hummus platters, and boxed lunches from whichever location is closest to your event. See catering options and order.

Cooking with what we cook with. The same cold-pressed California olive oil we have used in all three kitchens for seventeen years is now bottled and available to take home. Eaten here and want it on your own counter? Shop the olive oil or read why we finally bottled it.

The Fats We Actually Cook With

We fry in grass-fed beef tallow, cook with avocado oil, and finish with California olive oil. No seed oils, anywhere on the menu. That is not a trend we picked up recently — it is how these kitchens have run for years, and it is the reason we finally bottled our olive oil so you could cook with it at home.

The tallow side of that story belongs to our sister brand. Lady May Tallow is based here in Ocean Springs and renders grass-fed beef tallow without additives or preservatives. If you want to cook the way we cook, their cooking tallow is the same category of fat that goes in our fryers, and their honey is what sweetens the baklava and baklava cheesecake we make in house.

Two Mississippi family brands, one idea: real fats, honestly sourced, nothing artificial. Shop our olive oil or shop their cooking tallow.
