This website is operated by GBGC Ocean Springs, doing business as Glory Bound Gyro Co. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Do not use the site if you do not agree.

Orders and site use

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use the site unlawfully, submit false information, introduce malicious code, scrape it, or interfere with its operation. Products may have limited quantities and are subject to availability. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, a pricing or availability error, or a breach of these Terms. We may correct errors, descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability without notice.

Restaurant food orders

Restaurant food and market items are not sold or shipped through this online store. Pickup and local-delivery food orders are placed through Toast or DoorDash and are subject to their terms. Direct restaurant-order questions to (228) 334-5708, not ecommerce customer service.

This site may link to or use third-party services, including Toast, DoorDash, and payment processors. We do not control or accept responsibility for their content, services, availability, privacy practices, or transactions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. GBGC Ocean Springs and its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, products, or services.
